Permanent Soccer Fixtures for Community Use

Question: Could the Director please advise which sporting fields have permanent soccer fixtures with nets for community use and the costs associated with the installation of additional soccer fixtures with nets.
Furthermore, could the Director please advise if there are any barriers foreseeable with the possibility of the City providing more of these forms of fixtures for community use?
