The City of Hobart delivers a diverse range of arts projects in public space.
These are guided by the City's Public Art Framework(PDF, 4MB), which sets out the guiding principles of Excellence, Courage and Connection and defines a series of possible directions for public works in the city: Inclusive, Interactive, Quintessential, Experimental and Expressive.
The arts in public space offering in Hobart might be permanent public art works, temporary installations, performances or content featured on one of our ongoing arts platforms.
