Terms and conditions for the Festival of Voices ticket giveaway

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of the City of Hobart and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Details:
1. The prizes are 13 x double passes (two (2) tickets per pass) to Festival of Voices events.
2. Festival of Voices runs from 27 June to 6 July 2025.
3. Double passes to Festival of Voices events will be issued to individuals returning to their parked vehicle in the City of Hobart by Parking and Information Officers during the Festival of Voices period.
4. The exact location and time of the ticket giveaways will not be disclosed.
Acceptance of Tickets:
1. Once the recipient receives the promotional flyer directly from the Parking and Information Officer, the recipient can redeem their double pass as per the instructions on the promotional flyer.
2. Promotional flyer does not grant recipient entry to any Festival of Voices events. Redemption instructions must be followed.
3. The Parking and Information Officer will verify the recipient is 18 years or older before handing over the tickets.
4. The tickets are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Conditions of Participation:
1. By participating in the giveaway, the recipient agrees to comply with the events terms and conditions.
2. The recipient must provide valid proof of age (18 and over) to the Parking and Information Officer to confirm eligibility.
3. The recipients must be parked in the City of Hobart.
Liability:
1. The City of Hobart is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the recipient as a result of accepting or using the tickets.
2. Entry to the event is subject to the discretion of the organiser and the venue's capacity on the day. If the event reaches full capacity, participants may be unable to attend.
