Hobart Interim Planning Scheme 2015

PSA-22-2 - Rezone a Portion of 44 Summerhill Road, West Hobart from Environmental Living Zone to General Residential Zone

The Tasmanian Planning Commission (TPC), under section 37(2) of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, has given final approval to the above amendment, which came into operation on 23 June 2023.

The amendment rezones a portion of the property at 44 Summerhill Road, West Hobart from the Environmental Living Zone to the General Residential Zone and removes the associated Biodiversity Protection Area overlay.

The amendment can be viewed below or at the City of Hobart Customer Service Centre, 16 Elizabeth Street, Hobart.
