Changes to customer services

The City of Hobart's Customer Service Centre has re-opened for in-person payments and enquiries. Physical distancing and hygiene measures are in place, so please observe any directions or signage. Contactless payment is encouraged. Please don't come in if you are feeling unwell.

Online and phone services continue to be available and are encouraged where possible. Assistance is available between 8.15 am and 5.15 pm weekdays by email to coh@hobartcity.com.au or phone on 03 6238 2711

Closures, cancellations and service disruptions

Service Changes:

  • Tasmania’s Own Market is now operating every Saturday in place of Salamanca Market. You can also shop online at salamancamarket.com.au
