Hobart Together

Hobart Together - Physically distanced but still connected

Hobart Together is the City of Hobart's way of helping Hobart communities respond to COVID-19 pandemic, providing access to support, information and advice to face the challenges of physical isolation and the evolving health crisis.

We know from experience that Tasmanians have pulled together to help each other in times of crisis. That sense of mutual support is now needed more than ever.

In the pages below, you'll find information on how to connect with services, advice around staying healthy mentally and physically, opportunities for creative engagement and how to access grants programs and other support measures. You can also complete our community survey to help us understand the needs and issues facing Hobart residents. The feedback that you provide will help inform the City's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the provision of community services and support in the recovery phase.

Please feel free to share these pages with your friends, family or anyone who may benefit during this time. Alternatively, you can download and share our Hobart Together postcard(PDF, 2987KB) or view and share the accessible email format.

Physical distancing need not mean social isolation. We stand together as a community... physically distanced but still connected.
