The proposal is to demolish the former car showroom building on the site and to construct a mixed use building in its place.

The proposed building would have a podium and tower arrangement. The podium would provide approximately 1809m² of commercial floor area at ground level while the tower would include a total of 56 apartments.

A total of 61 car parking spaces would be provided within two basement levels.

The building would have a maximum six storeys not including the two proposed basement levels. The building would have a maximum height above natural ground level of approximately 26.5m.

Vehicular access to the development would be via a driveway off of Macquarie Street where there is an existing access.

Proposed external materials include natural sandstone, copper sheet, white concrete pre-cast panels, and powder coated steel with expressed connections. Powder coated aluminium louvres and steel frame and glass are also proposed.
