Inclement weather
If we close a ground due to weather, we will provide updates on this page and send an email. When we do close a ground, the training lights will not be turned on. If a club or association is found to be using a sportsground that is closed, you may not be permitted to use City of Hobart facilities in the future.
We may close or re-open grounds at short notice on weekends due to weather.
Sportsground renovations
We undertake ground renovations twice a year to keep fields in good playing condition. These renovations take place at the end of March, and for 2-8 weeks between August and October.
