The proposal is for redevelopment of the existing buildings at 83 Melville Street and 80 Brisbane Street for educational use over two main floors and will include partial demolition, alterations and extensions to the buildings on both addresses.
The proposed works include two levels of teaching spaces, collaborative areas, meeting rooms, and staff office space.
The works also include end of trip shower and change facilities, secure storage for 51 bicycles, and revitalisation of the existing glazed dome area and facilitation of a laneway and pedestrian link between Brisbane and Melville Streets.
