The proposal is to demolish the existing two and one storey structures at 31-35 Campbell Street, retaining part of the two-storey brick façade onto Campbell Street and Sackville Street.
New construction of a four-storey building on the same footprint, intended for use as health and wellness centre providing specialist health support with consulting rooms and residential accommodation for 12 outpatients undertaking treatment at nearby health facilities along with their families and carers.
A landscaped private courtyard is proposed to the rear.
