Taste of Summer is a world-class experience of Tasmanian food, drink, culture, and craft, shaped by its very people. Savour freshly shucked oysters, sip award-winning cool-climate wines, and soak up live sounds on the Hobart/Nipaluna waterfront.

Community Day expressions of interest (EOIs)

We are thrilled to team up with the Taste of Summer for the 2025 Community Day. This event celebrates Hobart's diverse community, highlights local talent, and shares the message, "Hobart Respects All."

We invite cultural groups, community organisations, musicians, dancers, performers, and activity facilitators to submit EOIs for the Community Day program. The Community Day will be held from 12 to 4 pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025.
