Christmas Grants

Christmas Grants

Christmas Grants provide financial assistance for community or not-for-profit based organisations and groups. This helps to present Christmas carol events and Christmas activities.

Please read the relevant guidelines for program objectives, eligibility information and assessment criteria.

All applications are assessed against the assessment criteria. It is important to note that meeting all criteria does not guarantee that an application will be successful.

See the projects funded in previous grant rounds on the grant recipients page.

  • roving carollers
  • neighbourhood Christmas celebrations with singing
  • a series of gatherings featuring carols
  • large scale carols by candlelight events
  • Christmas gatherings and celebrations that demonstrate strong community participation and bring local residents together to celebrate the festive season.

The Community Christmas Grant Guidelines(PDF, 181KB) outline the application process, eligibility and assessment criteria.
