Sunset Blues

Enjoy live blues with sunset views to the mountain. 

This FREE family-friendly event is an opportunity to relax with friends and family, in one of Hobart's loveliest parks on top of the Domain.

Enjoy live blues as the sun sets. Pack your favourite recipe for pizza for cooking in the wood-fired ovens, with the help of our Oven Coordinator.

This is a great family-friendly venue with a nature-based playground, designed for children of different ages and abilities. There are also discovery gardens, a climbing wall and lookouts.

Legacy Park is an accessible community space, with tables and grass for picnics, an outdoor amphitheatre, public toilets and shelters.

A coffee cart and a bar will be available for purchases. There will also be free face painting for children.

Live Music

Live bands will include:

• 5.15 pm -  6:15 pm - The  Zac Henderson Band 
• 6:45 pm - 7:30 pm - Justin and The Magic Band 
• 7:50 - 8:35 pm - Justin and The Magic Band 

 

Zac Henderson

Zac Henderson is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Tasmania, known for his soulful blend of folk, blues, and roots.  

Justin O'Garey

Justin O'Garey's unique style is one to be heard. With a powerhouse, yet soul driven voice of smoothness and husk combined, he'll have you amped up and ready to dance, whilst also keeping it heartfelt with good old ballads. Justin takes a similar approach to his guitar playing. Hitting the strings hard and to the point, yet a soft and gentle touch for those delicate moments. Whatever your music flavour, there is bound to be something in his performance for everyone.
