Xixa

Xixa (pronounced Chi-cha) takes its name from the music style of Cumbia known as chicha, a vibrant genre originating in Peru. This distinctive interpretation of Cumbia emerged as a way for traditional Andean music to resonate with younger audiences, blending cultural roots with modern energy. The style is playful, dynamic, and full of character - an irresistible invitation to dance.

Their story began as a group of friends who previously performed together in the band ChupacabraTheir music is designed to get you dancing and celebrating life. Their performances feature a rich blend of horns, guitar, keys, and rhythmic percussion.

Viva la Cumbia. Viva Xixa.
