Zindzi & the Zillionaires to headline 2025 Hobart Christmas Pageant

The City of Hobart is excited to announce that beloved children’s entertainer Zindzi & the Zillionaires will headline this year’s Christmas Pageant, to be held on Friday 22 November.

Now in its 43rd year, the much-loved free event will feature a full line-up of colourful floats, festive fun, and live entertainment for the whole family.

Hobart Lord Mayor Anna Reynolds said the City was excited to welcome Zindzi back to Tasmania.

Zindzi Okenyo, known to many as a Play School presenter, spent her high school years in Hobart and has continued to perform in Tasmania, including at Dark Mofo and most recently with her acclaimed children’s music project.

Her ARIA-nominated act, Zindzi & the Zillionaires, is a mix of upbeat R&B grooves with themes of friendship, family, and fun – perfect for the festive season.

The 2025 City of Hobart Christmas Pageant is set to bring music, community and fun to the city to kick off the Christmas season together.
