Probity Guidelines for the Consideration of Property Transactions

The objectives of this policy are to:

• provide:
  • suitable guidelines for assessing all potential developments and/or disposal of Council owned land
  • criteria to determine the appropriate method of sale.
• ensure the Council adopts the probity principle and follows best practice procedures in all of its commercial property transactions.
