Compliance Investigation Procedure

The purpose of this policy is to provide:

• an outline with respect to how the Hobart City Council (the Council) undertakes compliance and enforcement activities in a fair and equitable manner
• an outline of Council's investigation procedures, including pro-active and reactive monitoring activities and resource allocation.
