Dog registration details update request

Use this form if you need to make any changes to your current dog registration. This includes if:

  • your dog will usually be kept at a different address in Hobart for 60 days or longer
  • you and your dog move to another council area
  • your dog is lost, has passed away or is no longer kept by you
  • your postal or contact details have changed.
