Friends of Wellington Park Bushcare

Friends of Wellington Park are an intrepid bunch. They often mix a bushwalk with a weeding adventure.

They work across Kunanyi / Mt Wellington. They focus on small weed outbreaks before they harm the mountain environment.

They care for the native plants and animals that live on the mountain. They also teach others about the importance of protecting the unique natural values of Kunanyi / Mt Wellington.

Meets: first Friday of every second month, 9.15 am - 1 pm.
