Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is held before 15 December each year.

The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at 4 pm on Tuesday 9 December 2025 at the Hobart Town Hall. It will be live streamed on our YouTube channel.

At the meeting, the Lord Mayor will present the City of Hobart Annual Report 2024-25. Comments and questions are invited from the community about the report.

Residents and ratepayers can lodge written submissions or questions relating to the Annual Report in advance of the meeting. These are to be lodged no later than Sunday 1 December 2025 to coh@hobartcity.com.au or through the AGM submissions form.
