Get your rate notice via email - eNotices

The City of Hobart is introducing eNotices to replace the email notices. eNotices are offered to all City of Hobart ratepayers.

The symbol and information on how to register will appear on the front of the annual rate notice.

The eNotice platform will enable you to change your contact details, manage what rate notices you are receiving via which method, and obtain copies of notices. This can be done 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you would like to continue receiving your rates notice electronically, please subscribe to this service by 31 July 2022.

The increased cost of postage and longer delivery times means that email is a quicker and cheaper option for the City and has the environmental benefit of not using paper.

Delivery methods will only change if you ask for it. If you haven't asked to receive your rate notice by email it will continue to be posted to you.
