Public Toilet Strategy 2015–25 - project update

The City of Hobart Public Toilet Strategy outlines projects for the period to 2025. A number of projects have been completed, with further projects scheduled for the 2017-18 financial year listed below:

Upcoming works

The following works are scheduled to be undertaken or commenced during the 2017-18 financial year:  

  • Ancanthe Park, Lenah Valley – construction of a new facility
  • HC Smith Stand, TCA Ground, Queens Domain – demolition of rear section of building and replacement with a contemporary facility with internal fitout of original members section of the building
  • Soldiers Memorial Oval, Community Hub, Queens Domain – construction of a new facility as part of the Community Hub project

Works will likely commence at different stages throughout the financial year. All projects are likely to see closures of facilities at certain times.  We thank the public for their patience and apologise for any inconvenience.
