The City of Hobart's Customer Service Centre has re-opened for in-person payments and enquiries. Physical distancing and hygiene measures are in place, so please observe any directions or signage. Contactless payment is encouraged. Please don't come in if you are feeling unwell.

Online and phone services continue to be available and are encouraged where possible. Payments

For payment of rates, dog registration renewals and parking infringements, use our online payment portal or phone 1300 886 745.

For other payments, please call 03 6238 2190. 

Development application inspections: Please call 03 6238 2715 to arrange an appointment to inspect application documents.

Meter space permits: Please call 03 6238 2190 and provide the vehicle's registration number.

Residential parking permits: apply online

Parking infringements: Please call us on 03 6238 2711. Please note that officers are unable to withdraw a parking fine over the phone. You can view photographs of your fine and apply to review your parking fine online
