YARC Gallery - Come into the darkness to see the light opening

Hi, my name is Olivia Sutcliffe.

I have been practicing photography for about 4 years now. This exhibition is a collection of photos from my photographic class, Youth ARC and a Glow Tour with Dr Lisa Gershwin provided by Beaker Street Festival Organisation.

This body of work is based around light, including the light movement and the 'unseen' under UV light. I have been working on this exhibition since the start of the year. Throughout this project I have learnt a variety of camera techniques that come from the challenges of light-based photography.

About YARC Gallery

The YARC Gallery offers a great opportunity for young artists to showcase their artwork through a public program of visual art exhibitions.

It is located inside the Youth Arts and Recreation Centre and is accessible to both young people visiting the centre and to the broader community.
