Walking Book Club #30 - "Clade" by James Bradley
July’s book is James Bradley’s "Clade" – a multi-generational saga tracing the fortunes of one family as their members navigate a rapidly changing world made increasingly chaotic by a runaway climate.
If you’ve not encountered his work before, Bradley is an Australian novelist, who also writes environmentally-focussed non-fiction – you can read about his work on his website: cityoftongues.com
July’s walk will be a relatively gentle stroll, from Pavilion Point opposite Queens Domain (next to the Collegiate boat sheds), along the coastal track to Cornelian Bay and back again - meet at the beginning of the track. Join us for a walk and talk about this excellent specimen of Australia “cli-fi”
It's free to join, but you'll need to pre-register and it will help if you've read 'Clade' before the walk commences.
To help keep everyone safe during COVID-19 physical distancing restrictions numbers need to be limited for each Bushcare event.
