Infant Swim and Water Survival Classes

For babies of 6 months to toddlers up to 3 years we build water confidence, teach swimming skills like floating and kicking, and start on swimming strokes. Preschool-age children are the most at risk of drowning so our fully qualified infant teachers also focus on teaching them how to react in an emergency fall-in situation. These lessons require you to join them and have some fun in the water.

30 minute classes, Monday to Friday from 9.30 am.

School Age Swim and Water Survival Classes

Children aged from 3.5 years progress at their own pace through the seven levels of the program. We know that stroke development is important but our focus is on water safety and survival skills to help children be safe in and around the water. The program includes games to ensure that students enjoy their whole aquatic experience.

Monday to Friday 3.30 pm – 6 pm
Saturday 8.15 am – 11.15 am

School Holiday Swim and Water Survival Program

Intensive holiday programs are a great way to consolidate progress made during term or get an introduction to our Swim and Water Survival Classes.

The Intensive school holiday program will not be conducted during July 2017 school holidays due to the World Underwater Hockey Championships being held in the Centre at this time.

Carnival preparation

Carnival prep is a fantastic opportunity for children to practise their dives, tumble turns, stroke technique and speed in preparation for upcoming swimming carnivals. Our upcoming carnival prep classes will be available soon.
