Public Interest Disclosures for contractors

The City of Hobart is committed to the aims and objectives of the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2002 (the Act). It does not tolerate improper conduct by its employees, officers or members, or the taking of detrimental action against those who come forward to disclose such conduct.

The City of Hobart implements the Act in accordance with its Public Interest Disclosure Procedures(PDF, 1MB).

People who are or have been contractors with the City of Hobart for the supply of goods, services or works can make disclosures to the Ombudsman or the Integrity Commission.
