2016 Your Habitat City of Hobart Carols by Candlelight
The City of Hobart is a proud sponsor of the 2016 Your Habitat City of Hobart Carols by Candlelight presented by ExitLeft Productions.
From the littlest audience member, watching Santa’s arrival with wide-eyed wonder, to parents and grandparents singing along to Silent Night, the Your Habitat City of Hobart Carols by Candlelight will create a magical night of celebration for every member of the family.
The gates will open from 5pm and with pre-show entertainment from 5.30 pm, the Gardens become the ideal spot for a family picnic. A range of food vans will be on site, and there are great views of the stage with Carols by Candlelight commencing at 8 pm.
Your Habitat City of Hobart Carols by Candlelight is hosted by Australia’s favourite kids TV star Jimmy Giggle and up-and-coming musical theatre performer Imogen Moore. They are joined by a variety of fantastic performers including Dewayne Everettsmith, The Blues Brothers, John X, Sharon Prero, Michael Lampard, Eloise Martyn, Mikaela Nichols, Harrison Manton, The Scallywags and of course Santa!

Entry to the Your Habitat City of Hobart Carols by Candlelight is free and will be only be via printed or electronic ticket. There will be NO tickets available on the day. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Regatta Grounds has been designated as parking for this event. It is a simple one and a half km walk from these grounds to the Gardens (or an estimated 20 mins). Patrons must walk under the underpass and along the lower domain road footpath. Police have advised that no patrons should cross the highway.
Limited parking is available along the road to the Gardens top entrance. There will be no parking at the bottom entrance as it is a drop off point only for patrons with disability parking permits.
