Excess Water Allowance

Applied on request of property owner. Refunded if meter is in error more or less than 5% of full scale in $ per test.

Water connection construction from a Council watermain to an applicant's property where the nearest boundary is less than 30metres from the watermain:

20mm diameter

$1,200 per connection (Does not attract GST)

25mm diameter

Water Connections Associated with Subdivisions

Water connection construction from a Council watermain to a proposed property boundary for a new Lot in a subdivision where the boundary is less than 30 metres from the watermain - All sizes including 20mm, 25mm and greater than 25mm diameter.

Full cost recovery with a Council contribution to the cost where a public benefit is applicable as determined by the General Manager.
