The Special Meeting of Council Committees is convened for the purpose of discussing matters as relating to the Council's Annual Plan including setting of the rates.
Matters are then forward to Council for determination.
Minutes of these meetings should be read in conjunction with the report(s) attached to the agenda and are available once they have been endorsed and signed at the next ordinary meeting of the Council.
