Rates are due and payable every financial year (1 July to 30 June). Payments can be made as one payment, by two equal amounts on the 1st and 3rd due dates or in four equal instalments on the due dates shown on the notice. An annual rates notice is sent out in July followed by instalment notices prior to each due date.
Rate instalment due dates are:
