The Annual Plan demonstrates how the various Divisions of Council, take action to achieve the goals and objectives established in the strategic plan. The document aligns the budget resources required for each Functional Unit with the strategic and operational priorities and major initiatives for the financial year.
The actions outlined in this Annual Plan are referenced back to the relevant sections of the Strategic Plan.
Performance in achieving the major actions and initiatives outlined in this Annual Plan will be reported to the community through the Council’s Annual Report for 2008/09.
