The Hobart City Council has released the finally approved Cornelian Bay Management Plan, incorporating the various decisions of Council made at its meeting of 18th December 2006 and the consequential edits.
Council’s decisions followed a community consultation period during which over 220 submissions were received.
The Management Plan is to guide the use and management of the Cornelian Bay area, through specific Management Objectives, Strategies and Actions across 16 issue categories.
The document identifies the relevant Council division (or in a few cases another agency) having the “lead” responsibility for implementation of an action, as well as links to other issues within the Management Plan.
Copies of the Management Plan (A3 size) are available priced $20 or in CD format ($3) at the Hobart City Council Centre
