The Hobart City Council is now responsible for the Sullivans Cove Planning Scheme 1997, which was previously administered by the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority between 4 April 2005 and 31 August 2011.
The planning scheme covers the area surrounding the Hobart waterfront, including Princes Wharf, Macquarie Wharf, Franklin Wharf, the cenotaph, the railyards, Wapping and Salamanca.
