The text version of the City of Hobart Planning Scheme (Resource 3) does not include the Heritage Maps (Resource 4) and Schedule P (Resource 5) which are available as separate documents.

The Tasmanian Planning Commission has introduced a Planning Directive (PD4) (Resource 6), which came into effect on 29 August 2011, modified on 22 February 2012. PD4 contains standards for single dwellings in residential zones, and overrides some provisions of the City of Hobart Planning Scheme 1982.
