Tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOI)
Council conducts an open tendering process for purchasing activities as required by Council policy and in accordance with the HCC Code of Public Tendering. A copy of the Code can be obtained through the following link: Code of Public Tendering.
All public tenders for expenditure greater than $100,000 are advertised in the Mercury newspaper in the Tenders section. Generally, the advertisements are placed in the Saturday paper with the tender remaining open for a minimum period of 14 days.
