Reassessment of Modifications

Mediations

A fee for the cost of organising mediation in accordance with Section 57A of LUPAA in order to determine a planning application. This fee would not apply to mediations on illegal uses/unapproved work as the issue of who is responsible for the cost is more problematic $250 per mediation meeting

Consultants

A fee will be charged for planning officers functioning as consultants for other Government bodies or advising outside their statutory and customer services duties. Normal consultant rates
